A few things worth knowing.
Response time. We aim to respond within two business days. Most inquiries get a response within one. If something is urgent, mention it in the subject line and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Time zones. Centractive operates from California (US Pacific time). We work with clients globally and can accommodate most time zones for synchronous calls when needed.
Privacy. We don't add inbound email addresses to mailing lists, share them with partners, or use them for marketing purposes. If you email us, we use it to reply, that's it.
